About Mel

Assalamu alaikum & welcome 🤍
Everyone is welcome here.

I’m a revert to Islam, a niqab-wearing woman navigating faith, femininity, family life — and finding balance in it all. This blog is mainly perfume and beauty-based, with Islam naturally present in the background, because that’s real life for me.

I didn’t grow up Muslim. My journey to Islam was personal and life-changing, and like many reverts, I often find myself walking between two worlds. I spend holidays with family I love deeply, while staying true to a path they don’t always understand. It’s not always easy — but it’s honest.

Here you’ll mostly find:

  • Perfume reviews, scent notes & obsession moments

  • Beauty, skincare & feeling put-together

  • Femininity, confidence & self-expression

  • Revert life reflections (sometimes)

  • Islam is woven in gently, where it naturally fits

Yes — I love perfume.
Yes — I love beauty.
And no — that doesn’t cancel out my faith.

I don’t aim to be perfect or overly polished. I share what I love, what I’m learning, and what I’m navigating — especially as someone still growing in Islam. Some days are strong, some are messy, and both exist here.

This space is for anyone who enjoys beauty with depth, softness with boundaries, and content that doesn’t feel forced or performative.

My intention is simple: to create content that feels real, enjoyable, and grounded — while continuously working on being a better Muslim, in shaa Allah.

Thank you for being here 🤍
May Allah bless you, guide you, and grant you ease always.
